Silberjahr-Ländler    

This collection of four ländlers was a 25th anniversary gift to the composer’s wife. Each captures the character of this lovely dance form in a way that suits harp beautifully. This collection includes separate versions for pedal and lever harps. Lever changes are indicated, pedal changes are not. Click on the images below for larger samples. 

This has been a great hit on recitals and has become a reqest on return visits. One audience member said "That third Ländler had me smiling so big I thought I'd hurt my face." and another commented "That's the most soothing, beautiful music ever.
